368 14.2.1 Natural England has published England Leisure Visits (NE13) – report of the 2005 survey. This found that 21.2 million visits to land to which access had been granted under the 2000 Act had been undertaken by people living in England over a 12-month survey period. link
370 14.2.3 Text on the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 which provides for increased coastal access in England has been included in a separate file. 373 14.2.6 The period between reviews of the maps in England has been extended, by the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 (Review of Maps)(England) Regulations 2013, to fifteen years for the first review and twenty years for subsequent reviews. link to regulations
